How to Apply for AUCET 2004

1. Candidates have to submit a separate printed set of application form for each test. Candidates appearing for Fine Arts and Music (without test) have to pay an additional amount of Rs.100/- towards practical / interview fee in the form of D.D. drawn in favour of the Convener, AUCET-2004 on any nationalised bank payable at Visakhapatnam. The name of the applicant should be written at the back of the D.D. and the fee once paid will not be refunded.

2. Candidates seeking admission into any P.G./Diploma Course that is offered without entrance test should also apply to the Convener, AUCET-2004 in the prescribed Application form, separately for each course, unless and otherwise specified.

3. Candidates applying for Test No.24 (M.A.Education) have to mention the specialization (Social Sciences / Mathematics/Biological Sciences) along with the test name in the application.

4. The candidates need not apply again for admission into University Colleges, P.G.Centres and Colleges affiliated to Andhra University offering P.G. Courses except minority institutions. The admission into various courses is centralised under the supervision of the respective Principals of the University Colleges.

5. The duly filled-in application form should be accompanied with the attested copies of the following certificates:

(i) Degree/diploma/provisional certificate and statement of marks of the qualifying examination in case of the candidates who have already passed the examination.

(ii) The candidates who have appeared/appearing for the qualifying examination should enclose a copy of the hall-ticket of the annual examination of 2004 or a certificate from the Principal of the college/Director, School of Distance Education, certifying that the candidate has completed the course and appeared/appearing for the qualifying examination of 2004.

(iii) Date of birth extract from SSC/ICSE/CBSE/Matriculation certificate.

(iv) Supporting evidence for claims of reservation under SC, ST, LBC, PH, NCC, Sports and Children of Armed Personnel (CAP).

6. The two envelopes (for hall-ticket and rank card) provided with the application form, should be returned without postal stamps along with the filled-in application form after writing the correct address of the applicant for correspondence.

7. Four recent passport size photographs taken after 1-2-2004 and duly signed by the candidate should be affixed at the appropriate places on the original and duplicate application forms and hall-tickets.

8. Address slips provided with application form should be duly filled and returned with the filled-in application form.
